Collins Inkjet would like to provide a notice to customers of Kodak Versamark printers that the preliminary injunction issued March 6, 2014, which required Kodak to offer non-differential pricing to refurbish Kodak Versamark print heads – regardless of which company’s ink had been used in the print head – has been extended.
